Can dogs eat Mackerel (Cooked)?

Plain fully cooked boneless mackerel (cooked) can be safe for dogs, while raw, smoked, salted, battered, or bony fish is not a safe default. Oily fish; avoid smoked, salted, or canned-in-brine forms.
